With previous careers in corporate finance and accounting, the successful acquisition, operation and sale of a globally recognized ice cream company, Betty Rae's Ice Cream, I have personally experienced and encountered the daily barriers faced by current and aspiring operators and owners; leadership, operations, supply chain management, cash flow management, facility leasing and maintenance operations, marketing efforts and much more.​​
